Alexandra is a Level 4 qualified exercise specialist in Low Back Pain Management And Prevention. She takes her clients from experiencing recurring pain which affects them at a physical, mental, emotional and even social level, to getting back their lives, going back to doing activities they love without fear of pain. As a result, they become more productive, happier and ready to take on new challenges, and living life again.

She does this through natural human movement and martial arts elements, which safely strengthens and mobilises the body and solve their problem.

Alexandra is also a passionate Karate champion. Since 1995 she has explored how the body and mind works. She has done this through using many different sporting techniques and working with a wide variety of highly respected coaches.

She has been ranked 2nd and 3rd at WORLD KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP, 3 times NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPION, WORLD CUP CHAMPION and is a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Karate Shotokan. She still competes at an international level, representing England.

Her mission is to challenge the status quo of how to get fit, and enable people to reach their goals. This is done through building strong, lasting foundations in the natural outdoor environment; reducing the risk of injuries and educating people on the power of the fundamentals of Natural Human Movement™ and Martial Arts Wisdom.
